What worked well for me was learning to really center myself and being kinder to myself. Changes I’ve noticed are to think a bit more before acting. I’m nicer now but so much to work on. I’m learning to listen better and am definitely feeling more compassionate.

Cindy M, San Jose, CA When I walked in this morning everything hurt. From head to tailbone. On a scale, my pain was 9. While you are working on me, I noticed warmth on my back and more peaceful. I feel a release from the pain. When I’m done with the healing, I usually feel so much better. The very first time you did the healing, it was so shocking when I got up out of my chair and it didn’t hurt. I hadn’t even thought about it and it was amazing. I wondered how did this happen. It didn’t hurt! What happened? It was surprising. I’m feeling pretty good now and I’m not picking up on any pain. I feel so much more free from pain.

I am happy to work with Casey 1 on 1 for mindfulness mentoring. Through a combination of Facetime sessions, homework and journal writing, this is my method to practice and learn skills. She is a ray of light, is diligent in her instructions and also a source of life for everyone. This is why I chose Casey as a coach because what I learn from her challenges me to grow and share that result with people in my life. From our first meeting, I knew she would help me find some balance in my life, within myself, and my familial relationships. We started with Reiki and Pranic healing. After each session I left feeling less anxiety and some clarity. We have since moved on to monthly one on one mentoring via Skype. During these meetings, she encourages me, and asks questions to guide me to clarity, she is able to provide insights, which allows me to see the bigger picture when it comes to my family relationships. After getting Covid in the initial pandemic, I had lingering physical symptoms. In our pranic healing sessions, the energy balancing has lessened my symptoms so I feel release and lighter. In the mentoring sessions, we work on seeing different perspectives about past trauma or current issues, and that has helped me to choose to see the bright side of challenges.
